By selecting the AQI level at which you wish to receive notification, you can determine the frequency of air quality forecasts. For those who are unusually sensitive to air pollution, a lower trigger is recommended. This service is free and you are only required to provide your email or phone text messaging address and your zip code. Your information will not be shared with any other organization, and will only be used to transmit Enviroflash notifications. You can change your preferences at any time.

Meteorologists develop AQI forcasts using actual air quality data along with weather forecast information. These forecasts are translated into a simple color-coded key (the Air Quality Forecast or AQI) that illustrates how healthy or unhealthy the air may be on a given day (click on the "About the Air Quality Index" link at left for more information). With Enviroflash, you will receive advance notice so that you can make informed decisions and take action to reduce air pollution.
